WHO DAT? The answer to the 12 month mystery question "Who Dat?" is "Who dat is country & western artist Mark Chesnutt."

Every CD needs a title and when you wanna call yer new CD GHOSTS you would naturally head straight to J.Lorraine Ghost Town to shoot your CD cover shot. Yep.  But when yer Mark Chesnutt you secretly change the CD title from GHOSTS to OUTLAWS. Blah.

So-o-o anywho, good ol' Mork Chessnot then decided to use a photo of the Ghost Town mural and plaster our mural onto his best selling mousepad...sheesh. And geez MORK... how about sendin' some of yer $20 Ghost Town mural moosepads to us for FREE?

And hey Mort Cheesenutt I'm not buyin' yer CD 'til you do send us some.

OMEGA  FILM PRODUCTIONSTHE SON OF THE MARSHAL
.
Directed byANDY GARCIA  Produced byABEL VALDEZ StarringSANTIAGO LINARES FeaturingLAZARO A. SOLARES . Special Ghost Appearance by GEORGE RICHARDS as The Marshal

Omega Film Productions located in Houston, Texas filmed its newest movie here at J.Lorraine Ghost Town. This off beat western features the Ghost Town as its primary location. The film's title is =THE SON OF THE MARSHAL= (EL HIJO DEL MARSHAL). The Director Andy Garcia and the Producer Abel Valdez are busy editing the film before its release this summer to theatres in Houston, Austin and San Antonio. The Ghost Town will host the film's premiere which will be a "Must Event" for you, your families and friends.

In the film The Son pledges to find and kill the six outlaws who've murdered his father. None of the characters in the film have names. Each character is called by type: The Marshal, The Son and the Holy Ghosts and as you well know there are plenty of not so friendly ghosts planted around J.Lorraine TX.

The Ghost Town's founder George Richards plays The Marshal and I enjoyed watching George get shot repeatedly. By the camera. Several Ghost Town regulars have roles in the film. Melanie Boston plays The Woman with a blue dress on. Jack Eastwood plays The Wise Old Man. The Ghost Town's village idiot plays The Banker. Scarlett and Diamond are naturals in their roles as Los Perros Perezosos.

The ever-popular Elmer O'Toole refused all offers to appear in the film stating, "A nude scene? No way Jose. Not me baby. Not for all the money in the Ghost Town."
